Elena joined LABS in 2018 after obtaining a M. Sc. in Management Engineering from Politecnico di Milano, with a specialisation in Finance.
During her academic career, she co-led an entrepreneurial project in the leather goods industry and completed a summer programmes at Columbia University in New York and at UCLA in Los Angeles.
She speaks fluent Italian, English and basic French.
