Nicoletta joined LABS in 2025 after having spent four years in the Business development & Origination team in Ethica Group. Previously, she worked in CDI Global as M&A Analyst.

She held a MSc in Management from Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore and completed summer programs at London School of Economics (UK).

She speaks fluent Italian, English and basic Spanish.
