Ceramica FondoValle, headquartered in Torre Maina (MO), has been active for more than 50 years in the manufacturing and distribution of ceramic tiles and stoneware. The Company was among the first to shift production from traditional sizes to large slabs and is recognised today as a leader in the segment. The quality of the Company’s products which can be applied to different surfaces has led FondoValle to become an international leader, with sales in Germany, Austria, Switzerland, France, Belgium, Luxembourg, United States and Canada.

The activity is organised across 2 production plants and the headquarters, all recently renovated and equipped with the latest technology and located at the heart of the Italian Ceramic District. FondoValle employs over 110 workers and expects 2022 revenues to be over 50€m.

Group Italcer, which has already completed five acquisitions since its creation in 2017 (La Fabbrica Ceramiche, Elios Ceramica, Devon&Devon, Ceramica Rondine, Cedir and Equipe Ceramicas), through the acquisition of Ceramica FondoValle will further strengthen its leadership and widen its portfolio by entering into the fast-growing large slabs segment.

The majority shareholder of FondoValle was assisted by LABS CF with Partner Augusto Lippi in the role of M&A advisor and by the lawyers Paolo Botti and Studio Legale Cerina for the legal activities.
